Poking around on a lazy weekend for waterfront entertainment options for a family on the Delaware river & got wondering about cruise opportunities. My wife & I have been on the Spirit of Philadelphia about 8 yrs ago & enjoyed it, but found the scenery to be very industrial. The two alternatives I've found are the Bucks County Riverboats (http://buckscountyriverboats.com/) & Coryell's Ferry Boat Rides (http://www.spiritof76.biz/ferry.html). Both of these are in New Hope or north.
Wondering if anyone else has any other suggestions (preferably a dinner or cocktail type cruise, but not ridiculously expensive & preferably kid-friendly) or any comments about the two that I mentioned above. I'm kind of surprised there aren't more offerings around here.
