Deference between 2007 15 and 18 HP Nissan.

Wondering if anyone can tell me the deference between a 2007 15 and 18 HP Nissan. From what I have found it looks like it may be just jet sizes.

Someone asked that same thing not too long and Tohatsu Guru said it was a different block on the engine?

As of current production:

A bunch of $3.00 parts, silencer, camshaft and the carb.

The 15 and 18 now share the same block.

Looks like it would not be worth converting. A lot more than a set of jets. Thanks for the info.
