Are there any Decoding sites for the Honda? What does BF stand for.How long have the BF50 be made?Thanks.

homeboy,<br />I don't work for Honda and I don't know much about other Honda models. However, I know a lot about the BF50 ('02)I own.<br />I have a Honda Marine repair manuel specifically for the BF35/BF45 and it is dated May 1991. This same manuel is used for the BF40/BF50 and has a suppliment included for those engines. It is dated Jan. 1995. So this clue may answer your questions. <br /><br />As far as what the "BF" stands for. I like to think it means "Best Fisherman", or in a Japanese accent "Beddy(very)Fine" <br /><br />BTW, This manuel has more then everything an average "do it yourselfer" would need.
