decoding casting ID and date stamp on bbc

Hello everyone. Im having trouble decoding the date and casting numbers on my gen5 block

here are the numbers I have pulled
casting 10114182 should be 91-95 gen 5-454
A275 - Unsure.
Stamp on machined surface of passenger side front block TH01XXT5 - This is the prefix and suffix that is really throwing me for a loop. From my understanding I should be able to tell the exact date and what vehicle this block came out of. I cant find it anywhere.

Any help?
