Hi again, Bob. You can purchase a variety of treatments for this purpose, both sprays and fuel additives. Follow the directions and they will do what can be done.<br /><br />Or you could simply spray some water into the carb(s) while running at 3000+ rpm and continue it until the smoke turns white. This treatment has been around since the thirties. I think it works, so long as you don't drown the engine while doing it.<br /><br />Red sky at night. . .<br />JB
