I was running my engine last evening on muffs for about 15 minutes or so. For some reason I decided to touch the cylinder heads. Standing at the prop, the two cylinders to port were warm, or hott even, the cylinders to starboard were still cool, however the plug wires felt a little warm. There was a strong, steady stream from the pee-hole, which was cool water the whole time.

Should I be concerned about this, or is this normal.

By the way, it's a 115 Yamaha....

Sounds normal to me.Plug wires get warm cos theres lots of volts going thru them & if you dont believe me try earthing yourself out with one when your engines running tis a hair raising & painful experience   :D on second thoughts dont do it just take my word for it.Happy Boating
