Cylinder head torque specs and sequence for 1999 Yamaha F25

Hello! I recently pulled the head from my 1999 Yamaha F25 outboard. I am hoping someone has the torque sequence and spec for the 6 internal head bolts and three external bolt connecting the head to the block. My guess is the F15 would be the same. Thanks in advance!
