Yesterday I took my old metal gas tank to a fabricator to manufacture the exact size 44"L x 15"W x 6" D) existing gas tank that has a mechanical gauge. The fabricator phoned and asked if I had the old gauge to replace on the tank other wise it would cost me an additional $50.00 dollars for a new one. If I decided on a sending unit, the cost would be included in the original price but he also added that he uses rodchester sending units which are a very good brand but he didn't know if it is compatiable with tempo gauges. My plan is to purchase a Teleflex Morse guage. Your opinions would be appricated.
