curious what i have 1970 110 or 115 johnson?

Got the boat last week and the old guy said it was a 64 johnson 110, but the plate says the model is 115esl70d which would be a 1970 115... Has a 110 hood on it which I'm thinking was probably just switched out? Any help with identification would be appreciated.. I'm sure the serial plate is correct. But just making sure before I even start looking into anyting with the motor.. thanks
