ok i notcied the new england boating one more of turned to rhode island boating, how bout something for us ct boaters? Im on Coventry lake 380 something acres, up to 60ft depths,40mph speed limit,sandbars,clean for swimming, party lake! dep dont bother you. easily can accomadate a good 24ft cuddy or so.free launch free parking. any other ideas im up to a meet up on the ct river or something but dont wanna be in forgein waters without a guide or a map. lets get some water partying going

Yes, we did our trip last year to Hamburg Cove on the river, and had 4 boats come through. I wouldn't expect anyone to cater an event to one single person though, because no matter where your going, someone will have a long haul. The other thread looked to be on track to picking a place, then seemed noone solidified it and it never happened.

I'm in SE Connecticut and might be interested in a get-together. My boat is on a trailer and is ready to go. Of course you guys would have to be seen with a pontoon boat. What date is under consideration?

I'm not sure a date has been mentioned, but with fall approaching, the days are getting shorter and cooler (this morning had a bit of a chill when I went outside).
