Crusader milky oil??

So I helped my buddy winterize his Silverton 330 Sport Bridge today.....
8.1's......
Changed oil in port motor....no problem....ran af through strainer... no problem etc...
Starboard engine.... well not so much.....
pumped out a milky mess of oil.... did a compression check and all cyl at or near 150....
No overheat... runs good.....oil pressure is 40psi.....manifolds and risers are 2 years old....

Question is ....
What is the best way to diagnose the issue..??

Change oil, run it, see if the moisture comes back.

Pressure test the oil cooler

Pull elbows and inspect manifold/riser mating surface

Did any of the starboard plugs looked washed?

Or was there corrosion on the electrodes or an orange color on the center electrode insulator? These are signs of water getting in a cyl. Could also be an intake manifold gasket or a head gasket. The main priority is to get it fixed now because water in the cyls + water in the oil = ruined engine in the spring....
