Buying a 2007 boat is going to be almost entirely about the boat's condition and how well it was maintained. If you have not yet read it, take a look at the link at the top of this forum on buying a boat.

Oh, and welcome to iBoats! The best place to get help with boats and boating!

keep in mind, a 15 year old boat is near the end of its design life. its service life and condition is purely dependent on how it was cared for and maintained.

Not sure you will find much in terms of reviews, but maybe. I did some searching and a few things came up.

I remember looking at Crownlines back in that era, maybe a bit earlier. My assessment was that they were a poor man's Cobalt. Similar design/layout, not as good fit & finish.

Crownline changed hands around 2009-2010 during the recession and I recall for a while they were out of production.

Are you doing lake or ocean? . . . probably a better boat for a lake than an ocean.

Keep hearing about this 20 year deign life. Amazing the difference in build quality (probably price too though, to be fair) between US and UK built boats, it seems.

not really. look at all the plastic bits on the motor and used as thru-hull fittings. those only last 10-15 years. seat vinyl and foam only last about 7 years since they can no longer use arsenic as the anti-microbial the plexus joints can only flex so many times until they fail. this is done so that the boat needs a major overhaul or is replaced

same goes for your cars today. gone is the steel that made up the body, now its plastic bits and electronics that fail forcing a new vehicle purchase.

Think it entirely depends on the quality of build, fixtures and fittings.
