Hey Folks,
Does anybody have any recommendations on separating the pieces of a 1999 suzuki 25hp crankshaft to remove the piston rods and crank bearings?
Thanks

Re: Crankshaft seperation

Have to assume this is one of those pressed together crankshafts. Someone should come along and put you in touch with a person that has the equip. Might want to consider junking the motor. Not a cheap job. Did it on a YAMAHA 50 awhile back. Was not worth it. FRED

the yamaha 50 should be cheap to do ......

anyway, any engineering crank shop can sot it out for you and it is not too expensive .....

Re: Crankshaft seperation

I have sent several built up cranks to Ackermann Marine in Wilmington NC with very good results.
