I'll try posting pics of cracks and plugs. Area shown before cleaning, after cleaning with JBweld applied, another area cleaned without JBweld, area shown after run with blue chalk shows crack and an area of crack, plugs and my finger with fuel from plug hole area. (I guess plugs not tight enough)
Motor starts good, idles good, not strong on hole shot, screamed like it should for 3-4 seconds just after getting on plane, then back to usual sound.
New Mercury Switch boxes, carbs rebuilt, no new stator nor trigger. Less fuel vapor on crankcase cover after tightening fuel lines on enrichner valve, but still some from cracks. Bottom carbs seems wetter(?) at intake than top and center carbs. Any Ideas on performance issues and further repair of cracks will ne greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Blue

Always best to reply to your old thread so that those that are following along have all the info.

Here is the old thread:

I'm interested to know how you make out with those cracks, and the epoxy repairs. You won't be able to tune your motor until the cracks are repaired. 2-stroke motors function on a balance of pressures in various areas. A leak throws all the fundamental requirements out of whack.

If its still leaking at the cracks, don't run it. You'll lean it out and the motor will be scrap.

Email me the pics if you need to. I'll post them for you.
