Cracked Exaust Bellows A Problem?

Merc 350mpi Alpha1
I have thru-hull exhaust and was wondering if the bellows should be replaced? It doesn't appear to be cracked but the boat sat in the water for the last 4.5 years and the bellows looks dry rotted.

Make a decision based on your best estimate. But you have undoubtedly heard the old saw, "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure."

Dryrotted = replace

ujoint bellows should be done also.

If you have thru hull exhaust, you really don't even need the exhaust bellows. So the answer is no.

You should defintely be pulling the drive and replacing your u-joint bellows though. Hope you are able to get the drive off!
