How do I remove the cowling on a Merc 9.9. I'm not completly blind. There is a phillips head screw at the rear and a metal clip at the front. I removed the phillips screw but the cowling did not come loose. There is also a rubber tab on the side by the On/Off switch. Any help is apprecitated. <br />Thanks
