Correct trailer orentation

I'm working on trailering my canoe (see my post "Trailering a canoe".<br /><br />Question: When pulling a trailer should the hitch height be so that the trailer remains level, tilts up slightly (hitch slightly high) or tilts down slightly (hitch slightly low)?<br /><br />Thanks,

Level with the tow car with its normal load would be nice.<br /><br /><br />tommays

your trailer should be level. use a drop or rise hitch to achieve this.
