I have a 2009 Tahoe 24 ft. Pontoon dry weight 2350lbs.
A 2008 115 h.p. mercury 4 stroke.
A 14x12x3blade michigan match pontoon prop.
Top speed @ 6200 R.P.M IS 25.5 MPH G.P.S. 2 people and about 14 gal. gas.
The cativation plate is 3 inchs below the bottom of the keel or motor pod.
When the boat is loaded 12 people cooler and all the gear it seems to get some ventalation on some what choppy water.
Loaded it will turn 5800 R.P.M AND WILL GO 18.7 MPH G.P.S.
When loaded it makes a sound like it is missing but it is not the dealer tells me that is a exaust bubble.
If I went to a 4 blade prop would that help should I keep the same pitch and where would you find a 4 blade pontoon prop I have looked all over and can't find one.
Thanks
Gerry
