Copy trail to lowrance lms-522iGPS?

Hi All..

I just bought a Lowrance LMS-522iGPS, and the first thing i did, was making some trails to the places i want to go to summer. I used Chart Navigator Pro, and created a .nob file, i copied it to a SD card, but what now? i cant get my 522i to accept it, i cant even find a menu that supports uploading a trail..

How do you guys do it? do i really have to go the NMEA way and make a cabel for my labtops serial port?

I hope you guys can help me here.

You have the ability to backup your personal data on the unit to and sd card as well as restore it to a different unit (waypoints ,trails, ect)


NONE of the units on the market will import data from software they do not support (they all want you to buy there stuff) AND looking at this software it is PC ONLY based as they do not list any supported gps units

Note: You must use an LEI branded memory card reader/writer for MapCreate™ 7 to work properly.
