It appears that the copy and paste function no longer works after OS13 upgrade

Still having problems with the forum menu and now the cut and paste function doesn’t work.
Apple mobile device IOS13

Sorry dingbat - I took a look last night, but I don't have iOS13 running on anything. So far I can't recreate the problem on any of what I've got, platform, OS or browser. I know that iOS13 has been giving Apple some fits, but I don't know the details.
