There was an incident here in Dallas a while back where some stupid kids baked pot brownies and took them to a faculty meeting at their school. They placed the brownies on a table with other snacks, but their suspicious behavior was noticed and the brownies were confiscated before anyone ate them.

I'm sure it would get a cheap laugh, the idea of teachers unwittingly consuming weed, but the reality is much darker. I could see someone thinking they were losing their minds if they didn't know what was going on.

I'm sure it would get a cheap laugh, the idea of teachers unwittingly consuming weed, but the reality is much darker. I could see someone thinking they were losing their minds if they didn't know what was going on.

My guess is that enough of the teachers would know what a pot high felt like to calm the rest of them down. It's not like you go into an alternate reality or anything (so I've heard)​

I'm really disgusted that this didn't make it to my area on fox. You're right--this is priceless. By the way, I must be getting old-- this is the first time I've ever heard of "pot brownies". -was wondering though, how many teenagers are having bake sales lately and attracting such big crowds of buyers. Makes me worry a little about munching on some of my kids' Christmas brownies they bring....I do enough stupid stuff already.

Anyway, if you break a piece in half and see some green leafy looking stuff that resemble tea, you will know you got the good stuff.

I gotta admit, that's probably true. Didn't see my first joint till my buddies threw me a going away to college party the summer before my freshman year. Saw some cocaine that night, too. Scared the heck out of me, thought the cops were going to show up and bust us all but luckily these 2 dudes left quick. I hope I can keep my boy busy hunting and fishing like I was.....also, I went to high school out of town so I didn't get around much late at night when all the "fun stuff" takes place. Yes, pretty sheltered.........but don't feel like I missed much. I am curious, though, what's the logic in making brownies out of it? Seems kind of wasteful, especially since it's expensive and all.

I heard the same thing mikeandronda heard about it staying in your system longer. The THC is released into the butter or oil as it is slowly heated up in preperation for the batter (from what I heard)

College is about learning and experimentation... Sometimes, only sometimes, I miss those days. The days I truly miss are the days before I had so much dadgumn responsibility; what the heck was I thinking when I thought to myself "I can't wait to be a grown-up"? I think that may have been one of my dumbest notions of all..........​

Wow, you and I must be of the same age or pretty close to be the same because I've heard the same thing about the prices of "doodie" when I was younger. I too did a lots of experimenting in college. I miss the best 5 years of my life all the time.
