I have a force 9.9 and noticed the the water coming out of the thermostat doesn't spray, it looks more like it's just running out of a faucet that's just opened a little. The volume of water seems plenty enough, but it's not a spray like on my Merc 60. Is this normal? Also, is the single hole in front of the thermostat the only place water should come out? Lastly, how hot should this water be? It's definitely warm enough to be uncomfortable to touch, but not quite scalding. I would describe it as being barely tolerable to touch for a couple seconds at a time.
