I have a Nissan 3.5 that is about a 1999 model, the motor ran great for about 4 years, then I stored the motor until a couple of days ago. I started the motor with no problem (on the third pull) but I noticed I don't seem to be getting a real steady stream of water from the pee hole. I can't remember how much flow I was geeting before I stored the motor. Could someone tell me what the water flow should be. I did clear the hose and port that the hose fits on and this gave me a little better water flow, also the fuel shut off valve seems to be leaking anybody know a quick fix for this. Thanks Very Much

Tighten the screw on the fuelcock. Water flow is a tough call. It's either enough to keep the engine cool or not. A good hard stream means its okay. But, a stream like a guy with an enlarged prostate may still be fine. The best thing to do is to pull off the covers. You have to do that anyway to get to the fuelcock. Run the engine and see if the block get's to hot. If you touch it and you lose skin...It's too hot. If you touch it and it hurts, but no damage...It's probably fine.
