Cooling tube leaking at Heat Exchanger

Guys I have a leak at the cooling tube that connects to the heat exhanger (sealing ring). Is that a simple replacement or should I just try to reseat it. Your Thoughts?

Just get a new sealing rings for both ends of the tube.
