cooling system leak Volvo 151

I just got this 4 cylinder Volvo 151 engine running for the first time in 2 years. Immediately determined that impeller needed to be replaced and did that. Now I notice a leak that appears to be coming from under the timing belt cover. This cover has some strange 'fasteners' which I have never seen before.
The water is coming from the sea water side, not the internal cooling system. Slow drip at idle-- speeds up with higher rpms. And I'm pretty sure this is not coming down from the impeller housing.
Anyone know what this leak might be, or have info on the Volvo 'bolts'?
Gene

Re: cooling system leak Volvo 151

Well, got out there this morning when the light was better and I could see straight, and figured some things out.
One--mysterious bolts are rounded off allen heads. One will have to be sawn off, I think, when the time comes to change the belt.
Two--there's a seal on the back of the impeller housing that looks to be the culprit. A pretty minor repair. Naturally no parts available today, but ar least it's figured out.
Thanks for allowing to figure this out myself! Also, I'd like to say that I have learned much from this forum---mostly by doing searches on topics relevant to me--such as wire color codes,
timing, installing an electronic ignition, etc.

Gene
