Hi all, acquired a tohatsu 3.5a of unknown vintage but id guess 90s sometime.

I have been cleaning up and have some questions about the cooling system. Where is the impeller located on this motor? Where is the water intake and exit? How are the cooling lines routed up the lower unit? Ie are there just hoses internally?

I guess what im asking for is does anyone have detailed diagrams or illustrations handy i could look at?

Thanks
Brian

The impeller is on the prop shaft. The water intake is on the underside of the cavitation plate. From the pump to the powerhead there is a watertube.
