Converting to power tilt/trim-1985 115hp

I have a 1985 Evinrude 115
I want to convert to power tilt
Is it as simple as getting the power unit on Ebay ($300), bolt it up and wire up the switch or does the mounting bracket need to be replaced also?

You will need the relay control box, wiring harness, trim switch and trim gauge plus the hardware. The whole kit new including instructions is part # 0173827.

The wiring harness and control box is #0582192.

I believe that you will also need to remove the shock absorber.
