Welcome
With fuel in the carb bowl, put throttle handle in "throttle only" and move handle to full WOT and back to idle (keeping handle in throttle only)
This should cause the choke to close and accelerator pump should squirt gas down the throat
Crank motor, if it doesn't start in a few seconds, stop and pump throttle again and retry
