Take pictures of what you have and then go visit a dealer that sells sailboat trailers. Hold the picture in front of you while you examine the sailboat trailer. If, in about 10 minutes, you haven't come to the conclusion that this is not a simple job I hope you have welding and metal fabrication abilities and sources of materials. This is not a job for an amatuer and you risk damaging the boat if the conversion is done incorrectly.
