Converting MotorGuide Transom to Bow

I have a MotorGuide transom trolling motor, model SW46 HT w/ 36" shaft w/ the WideBite mount. I successfully converted it into a transom mount by swapping the top 180 degrees. I want to remove the WideBite mount and get the appropriate MotorGuide bow mount, either the Standard #7 or the 16 Breakaway SW. It appears that the Standard #7 will support the 36" shaft but will the 16 Breakaway fit?

Not sure about the specifics that you are asking, but do keep in mind if the shaft will be long enough to reach off the bow of your boat. I tried to convert my MK from a transom mnt to a bow mnt, and realized I needed a longer motor shaft to reach the water from the bow. See previous topictopic.
