Converting a 150 hp Mariner to tiller...

I did a search on this topic but did not <br />find any answers. I own a 20 ft. <br />Harbercraft landing craft. It is aluminum <br />and has a 7 ft. bottom. I recently <br />removed my center console and want to <br />convert to tiller control. I own a 1996 <br />150 Mariner with a jet pump. I know it can <br />be done as a lot of the guide boats in my <br />area have them on 200hp to 250 hp jet <br />drives. What will I need?
