Convert DT75 to DT85.........

Hi everybody,I am an owner of Suzuki DT75 '94 and I want to convert it to 85hp.Has anybody done this before?
Accept pilot jet and main jet, do I have to change anything else?
Opinions anyone?

Messing with a motor for just 10HP is really not worth the effort. Simply put if you need more power get a bigger motor.

Actually, you're the owner of an 85hp that has been de-tuned to 75hp with smaller carbs by Suzuki. If you can't afford a bigger motor and have the skills to tinker, keep an eye on ebay and craigslist for a blown 85hp. Clean and swap the carbs and oil pump and with the extra rpm you might need to re-prop.

Don't bother changing the jets in your current carbs, you will only screw up the air/fuel ratio. You need 85hp carbs with the larger venturi.
