conversion from tiller to remote

my client wants to remove the tiller handle on a yamaha enduro 60hp (1998)

and add on a yamaha remote 703 from a 70hp (unknown year)

is this possible? are they designed to be interchangeable, or will it require a special kit or backyard mods?
