Bought a new boat, has full controls for the kicker on the console. I think the previous owner had a 2013 Honda 20 on it. My 8 should be plenty for trolling, I hope. Anyway, if you watch the video you'll see where I'm at.
I'm assuming the tilt and start are controlled by the 2 wiring harnesses there. I'm not sure where they go at this point and I'm hoping it's the same from the 20 to the 8 for the electrical part of it.
For the shifting and throttle though, what I have isn't close. I need something, I just don't know what.
