console fix ideas???

I have a 1992 harris 20' pontoon and the console's fabric is peeling on the top of it, but everything else is still solid. have it covered with white duct tape now, and needless to say not the most attractive fix. short of replacing the console, has anyone come up with some fairly simple solutions? I know for car dashes they make a carpet to lay over, do they make any "toppers" for consoles?

my friend had that problem and I cut fabric and used spay glue to sort of hem the edges and applied spay glue to the console and laid the frabric on it and rubbed it down to make it stick looked prety good not noticable any more
