Whenever I am watching nature shows and alike most of the time the natives are running Tohatsu's in theses foreign lands. Considering how they are run and maintained, they seem to be an obvious consideration for a repower. This is my first step in this process. Not even sure where a dealer is in this area as of yet. Any experience with the newer models that are now stateside??
thanks,
Lance

Tohatsu only makes up to 30 HP 4 stroke engines, from there and going up to 250 HP are rebadged Honda engines. So 2 sources from where to buy spare parts from when in need.

Not exactly correct. The Tohatsu 40/50 HP 4 stroke models are made by Tohatsu (not Honda)

If that's so, good to know that Tohatsu is producing 40/50, 4 stroke engines. Up to 30 HP engines were their 4 strokes realm some years back.
