compression variations on the cyl. - Whats average

I know you should have across the board same readings, but I found that on 3 cyl I have 125 and one lower one has 119 psi. Should I be worried and replace the rings now since it is winter? Any opinions on this would help

No, your compression is fine as long as a engine is within 10% on all cyls it's great.
