#1: 120 #2: 145 #3: 140. Should the 120 be cause for concern? This is the first test on the motor since I bought the boat. 1986 50hp Mariner

120 is low in comparision with the others. Look in the FAQs at do a decarb. It may bring #1 up.

Thanks IBN. I'll give that a try. I'll work that in along with figuring out the Tach issue, and trying to reprop.

Use a good decarb and let it soak overnight.
