Minimum is 100, typical for a good engine is around 150.
First of all, I can't believe all 4 are at 90 psi. These engines just aren't that consistant. Are you sure your gauge isn't defective and only goes to 90?
It also takes a fully charged battery, all plugs out, throttle at wide open. and cranking for 5 full puff on each cylinder.
Great, now what is the problem that caused you to do the compression test to begin with?
I would also change the gear lube in the drive, and pull the outdrive and at least grease the coupler splines, check alignment, grease the gimbal bearing and check it for smoothness. That ujoint bellows is also at the end of it's safe useful life. No need to change it right now if there is no water in it, but something to think about this fall during the winterization process.
Do you have an owners manual for your engine/drive? If not, you can download one from Volvo at the link below. There is usually a lot of helpful information in them.
