compression and fuel gage question

Hi 93 yammy 650 compression is 150 on each cylinder is that average good or great??? also the fuel gauge doesn't work but i don't have it in the water yet?? does it only come on when the engine is running???

150 for both cyls is good! It's important they be within 5 % of each other. You should get a Clymer manual for your ski, lots of good info. Fuel gauge only works with engine running, should be an LCD display?
