compare Fishfinders

I'm looking at two different fish finders right now. The Hummingbird 565 and the Eagle 320 (not color)

The eagle is 145 and the hummingbird is 199

199 is my limit..any thoughts or other suggestions for my price range.

I just found out that I can get a 100 rebate from Lowrance for my Eagle Ultra Classic that quit working if I agree to buy a Lowrance x125 which retails for 299 which would put me at my $200 limit so Im looking at all 3 as possibilities. Your opinions are appreciated.

I have a 'bird 565. Bought it brand new this year. So far, I like it. A lot of bells and whistles but that extra resolution is wotrh the extra $.
