How to take the coil out of a 20hp chrysler boat motor and what tools will I need.Also I have gas leaking out of my carb

Welcome to iboats.<br /><br />You'll have to take the carb apart and give it a good cleaning, most likely. The coil slides onto the (laminated metal fork thingy, the term escapes me). You'll just need small tools for the wires and a pliers to bend the retaining tab. There are two. I can't think of one thing that would require any special tools on that motor except for a flywheel puller. Otherwise just common hand tools. :)

Make sure the flywheel puller is a bolt on type. Do not ever put a puller around the teeth of the flywheel.
