Welcome to iboats.<br /><br />You'll have to take the carb apart and give it a good cleaning, most likely. The coil slides onto the (laminated metal fork thingy, the term escapes me). You'll just need small tools for the wires and a pliers to bend the retaining tab. There are two. I can't think of one thing that would require any special tools on that motor except for a flywheel puller. Otherwise just common hand tools.
