Coil- Marine specific?

If replacing a coil does it need to be from mercruiser or will an automotive coil for a 454 chevy work properly?

There really isn't anything special about the coil. Get a good NAPA coil. Take the old one, they can cross it.

Ayuh,........

It's Not really a question of whether it's Marine or Not,.......

They're All Application Specific..........

It's the T-Bolt Ignition you need to Match............
