I reacently purchased a boat with twin 4.3 Volvo Penta and OMC Cobra SX drives. One of my trim tab on the cobra is leaking. I need to know if I can just replace the Orings or do I have to replace the whole piston. From what I can tell the piston is still fine and not damaged.

Are you talking about the trim rams on the drives that raise and lower the drive or the trim tabs themselves that adjust the running attitude of the boat which are made by Bennett or some other company? If it is the trim tabs and if they are Bennetts go to their website and send them an email. Tom down there is excellent and he will send you a kit to change the orings with instructions.

Thanks, I'll check out the kit. A new one runs about 500 bucks so if I can fix it for 30 thats a better way to go..
