Hi everybody. I've got a 1990 Sunbird 17' with an OMC 2.3 and a Cobra drive. The problem I'm having is that once I trim it up, it sinks back down. Not quickly, maybe over a period of several hours. If I run it all the way up, I can hear it ticking slowly as it starts to go back down. I have a Mercruiser pre-Alpha that will stay up for weeks on end without dropping an inch. Is this a problem more common to OMC? I know there has to be a check valve of some kind in the pump, but I can't find it. Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks!
