I have a 1995 cobia monte carlo. the boat will start out of the water hooked up to the hose but when put into the water it will not start up. i have changed out fuel filter and distributer, plugs wires and all but still not starting in the water. Since you usualy use a boat in water i was wondering if you have any ideas on what could be wrong. thank you in advance
