coast guard ratings plate

I just purchased a 1997 Seaswirl Striper 2100 DC. It's missing the coast guard ratings plate. Looking to see if anyone can share theirs with me. Looking to buy a replacement plate. Amazon has them, I just need the info to put on the plate.

Only boats that are 20ft or less require the plate. Yours being a 21ft it is not required

There is a formula to determine allowable persons by size and weight of boat. I don't know exactly what it is because I don't need it (21') and never plan to have that many people anyway

My CG capacity plate was real faded. However, it said 8 persons or 120 pounds, 200 hp max motor. There was some other stuff that I could not read due to the fading.
