CMC Tilt/Trim PT-130 BLEED DOWN ??

i have a chance to buy a unit used he said that if he leave the motor up over night it will bleed down .. but when using it on the water he has never had a problem .. i can get it for 225 .. is this normal for them to bleed down over night ? or should i stay clear

It shouldnt bleed down I have one and it stays up for a week at a time. could be a seal leaking by or just low on fluid also possible air in system. For that price i would get it even if it needed a seal kit.
