Anyone have a recomendation as to which is the better manual, Clymer or Seloc?

Or is it worth the extra cost to get the original factory manual?

Thanks in Adavance!

I've tried both the Seloc and Clymer manuals. Seem pretty close to me. No experience with factory manuals.

Neither one of them is worth the paper they are written on. Purchase a OEM manual and you will be a happy camper. :D

Factory manual. Im looking for one for my boat. For my jet skis I had the factory manuals and they were worth their weight in gold compared to the aftermarket ones. A aftermarket one is better than nothing at all but for the extra 20$ its worth it to get the factory one

I have both & use the OEM exclusively. It will pay for itself the first job you do. Get both the service and parts manual.

Nothing beats factory but if you can't find or afford factory go with the Clymer.

I have never used Seloc manual so I was hoping that it was a little bit better than the clymer's. The factory one is still available for my ski, so i'll stop being cheap and spring for the bucks, lol.

Thanks Everyone!

Factory is much better but in a pinch I much prefer Seloc over "craper's". The Seloc has more practical stuff and less total rebuild fluff than the other. Both will have wrong info, you can trust the factory manuals and they leave out the fluff.
