Im finding a certain amount of humor in this. Its funny, but in a sad kind of way.<br /><br />South Dakota is taking on the issue of state-level judicial corruption, and this pops up in the middle of it; judicial corruption at the federal level. Obviously, the same judicial reform is needed at the federal level, too. No judge has the authority to appoint a U.S. Attorney. That conflict of interest exists all the way into another galaxy.
